Owner

Served ten years in the U.S. Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, where attention to detail was everything. He brings that same precision to RHC's most complex projects. Off the clock: fine woodworking, hunting, and dirt bikes.

In my military career, there was no room for error. I bring that same focus and precision to every home we remodel.
Dallas

Estimator

A Western Kansas native who found construction roofing houses for his high school basketball coach. Trade-school trained and career-long in remodeling, he is known for turning clients into friends.

I don't just want to finish a project; I want to build a relationship. My goal is to leave every home with a job well done.
Kim

Office Manager

A New Hampshire native and 16-year U.S. Army veteran (Allied Trades Technician) with an accounting background from Trident University. She runs every client interaction with military-grade precision.

Sixteen years in the service taught me that success is built on precision and dedication. I'm proud to bring those same values to every home we touch at RHC.

Project Manager

A Kansas State grad (BS, Animal Science) who spent a decade in food manufacturing before turning his lifelong love of remodeling and woodworking into a career. Detail-driven on every build. Off-site: farm life with family and the golf course.

I have pride in taking a vision and building it by hand. I believe that true quality comes from a passion for the process.

Project Manager

A Waterville native and Marine Corps veteran who started in construction in 2014. Manhattan-based and driven to master every facet of the trade. At home: his wife Kristen, five kids, and a full house of pets.

I'm always looking forward to what's next. My goal is to keep improving my craft so I can deliver the best possible results for every family we serve.

Lead Carpenter

From the Marysville area, with 15 years in construction and a degree from MATC. Focused on precision, craftsmanship, and the client experience.

My goal is to combine my 15 years of experience with a commitment to making every client's experience a positive one.

Carpenter

A Ness City native with a Construction Management degree from Fort Hays State. He pairs academic training with hands-on experience to deliver finishes clients love.

My goal is to blend professional management with quality craftsmanship so that every customer is proud of the home we build together.

Lead Carpenter

An Iowa native in the trade since 2001 and a 12-year Army Reserves veteran. A licensed General Contractor (California) who brings a quality-first mindset to every remodel.

With over two decades in the trade, I believe every project deserves a clear goal and a flawless finish.

Passionate about building since his first swing of a hammer. An Army Reservist since 2019, he brings discipline and precision to every job site.

A Chapman native whose career spans seven years running his own home-building business, a decade at an award-winning Colorado remodeler, and framing houses in Montana. Master-level, multi-state expertise.

After a lifetime in construction, I still love the work. There is nothing like the satisfaction of seeing a project come together from the ground up.

A lifelong Dickinson County native and avid taxidermist, a craft built on precision and patience. He brings that same meticulous attention to every carpentry and remodeling project.

A Georgia native with over nine years of hands-on carpentry and an Army Reserves veteran. Off-site he is into personal woodworking and the outdoors with family and friends.

A Missouri native (in Kansas since 2018) who has been in construction since 2011. He loves guiding a project from concept to a polished finish. Off the clock: family time and a good book.

Lead Carpenter

Raised in a military family and an Army Reserves veteran who specialized in construction. Thirteen years across commercial and custom residential work, now a settled Kansan who thrives on remodels.

I love the challenge of a transformation. There's nothing better than helping a client see their vision come to life.
